The BCBA will design and oversee behavior intervention programs for pediatric patients while supervising behavior technicians. They are responsible for completing assessments, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with families and other therapy staff.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. The role requires a professional and compassionate approach to providing quality ABA care.
