The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their education deemed substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level standards by an APTA-approved organization.
