The technician is responsible for providing patient care and performing assigned duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. They assist with clinical tasks in the emergency department to ensure efficient patient service.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and must hold a current BCLS certification. Completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course and an approved crisis management course are required or preferred.
Responsible for patient care/service and assigned duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
