Key
Responsibilities: Perform cardiac and vascular sonographic examinations following established protocols, ensuring accurate image acquisition and documentation. Verify patient identification, explain procedures, and maintain patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process. Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, and clinical teams to support timely interpretation and follow up on diagnostic findings. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting malfunctions and ensuring readiness for daily use. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and departmental quality initiatives. Participate in ongoing education, cross training, and skill development to support evolving imaging technology and clinical practices.
