The LPN is responsible for providing practical nursing care to clinic patients under the supervision of providers and the Center Manager. They must also collaborate with the care team to coordinate services and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold an active LPN license in the State of Florida. Additionally, an active BLS certification is required for this position.
