The physical therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments to restore function and prevent disability. They also coordinate with supportive staff, document patient status, and participate in quality assurance and departmental performance activities.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and possess a valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively comprehend patient information.

The Challenge (Job Summary)
As a physical therapist, you have the opportunity to live our core values every day by helping our patients in all walks of life, providing high quality care, working with an excellent team, being a trusted resource for our patients and team members, and having an impact in the community through our engagement and volunteer efforts. In addition, the ideal candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care. This involves assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and the home environment, as well as participating in the development of the total plan of care.

Combination of office and exam setting. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a radiology department. Varied activities including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting. Requires full range of body motion including assisting patients, manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
