The LPN is responsible for providing direct, individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN, including medication administration and monitoring patient conditions. They must also document patient symptoms and adhere to established nursing care plans and safety standards.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license and a BLS certification, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an LPN program and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.
