The Registered Nurse provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to terminally ill patients in collaboration with a transdisciplinary team. They are responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Plan of Care and monitoring patient symptoms to ensure comfort and quality of life.
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio with current CPR certification. Experience in hospice, home health, or oncology is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to terminally ill persons in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team in a variety of settings. Coordinate the implementation of the Plan of Care for each patient utilizing the Nursing Process.
