The Medical Assistant/Scribe will provide patient-centered care by taking medical histories and assisting with clinical procedures. They are also responsible for accurate documentation of provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records.
Candidates must hold a current MA certification in the state of Washington and possess a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of two years of medical office experience and proficiency in EMR software are required.

Current MA certification in the state of WA. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum two years of medical office experience. Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans. Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
