The Registered Nurse will conduct start-of-care visits to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise home health aides to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio and possess reliable transportation. Additionally, they must provide proof of U.S. work authorization and current tuberculosis screening documentation.
