Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders
Support mobility and daily living activities, including walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environment
Provide transportation and support for errands and appointments as needed
Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a respectful and engaging environment for clients
Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team and document care accurately
Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
What you will have
Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
Current TB screening/QuantiFERON or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents)
Reliable transportation
