The therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to diverse populations. They will also manage crisis interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold an active Maryland license such as LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCADC, LMSW, or LGPC. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in mental health is preferred, along with strong documentation skills and knowledge of ICD-10 coding.
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies or trauma-related issues like PTSD. Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and accurate medical records while ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts for inpatient, outpatient, or community-based clients.
Must hold an active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCADC, LMSW, LGPC (supervision available for LMSW/LGPC) Required Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in mental health (preferred)
