Salary
$23 - $25 / HOUR
Provide direct care and skill training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Assist with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and community activities.
Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be at least 21 years old. MAP Certification and First Aid Certificate are required.

Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee. MUST be at least 21 years of age and HAVE a valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicle in the course of employment. Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements Weekend availability MUST have MAP Certification (Medication Administration training) and First Aid Certificate

$2,500 New Hire Bonus for Full Time MAP certified. $2,000 New Hire Bonus and $1,000 for Part Time Eligible after successful 90-day introductory period. Paid out in two installments 3 months & 6 months. Terms and conditions apply.
