$16.19 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Enjoy an additional $2/hour on PMs and NOCs Look forward to a wage increase when you become a CNA

• SUMMARY: A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence.

Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided!
