The LPN will provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, including administering medications and treatments. They are also responsible for monitoring resident health, documenting changes, and collaborating with caregivers and families.
Candidates must hold a valid Ohio LPN license and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are required.
