The surgical technologist assists the surgical team by preparing the operating room, managing sterile instruments, and supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures. They are responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring all medical equipment is functioning correctly.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited surgical technologist program and hold a current CPR certification. A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a related field is required.
No nights, weekends, major holidays, or on call!

Surgical technologists, also called scrubs and surgical or operating room technicians, assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. Surgical technologists are members of operating room teams, which most commonly include surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses.
