The MDS Coordinator is responsible for managing the resident assessment process in compliance with federal and state regulations. They act as an in-house case manager, coordinating care services with physicians, families, and facility staff to ensure accurate billing and quality care.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license and current CPR certification. The role requires at least two years of clinical experience, including one year in a long-term care setting and prior MDS coordination experience.
