Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) in Fort Supply, is currently recruiting Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join our team! The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional provides professional behavioral health services at our inpatient facility. Services include assessments and psychotherapy along with supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population. The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service. Duties primarily performed in an inpatient setting but may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services. Currently under supervision? · Annual Salary: $66,000 - $71,000 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification) o Licensure Candidate - Under Supervision $66,000 - $31.73 Hourly o Licensed Behavioral Health Professional $71,000 - $34.13 Hourly · FLSA Status: Exempt One (1) Opening Typical work hours: 8a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F Minimum Qualifications and Experience: · LBHP - Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH) · LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
