Peds Cardiovascular Technologist II

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.

Experience

• At least two years of modality specific experience. Must have successfully complete the Imaging Specialist Clinical Ladder Program and be endorsed as a level III. Must complete the revalidation process annually with work area leadership to remain as a level III.
• Registration/Certification: Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
