The Supported Living Coach is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating individualized program plans for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They must ensure all documentation is accurate and maintain clear communication with team members, families, and support coordinators.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license and must successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status Must possess basic computer skills Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Supervisory experience in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred Essential Functions: Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of individual’s program plans Develop, implement and monitor individualized training programs to meet identified priority training needs Ensures all plans are person centered and reflect the individual’s hopes and dreams through active participation wherever possible Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulatory requirements Communicate with all team members, including family, guardians and support coordinators to ensure that the individual’s needs are being addressed Performs all other duties as assigned This position will remain open until filled.
