The Program Specialist II serves as the primary caretaker for psychiatric patients, managing daily living activities and ensuring a safe environment. They also participate in crisis intervention, group processes, and teaching as required.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, social work, or a related field is required. Candidates must obtain BLS and CPI certifications within 60 days of their start date.
