The Lab Associate provides general support for the clinical laboratory by following established policies and procedures. They are responsible for assisting with auto-chemistry tasks while maintaining awareness of factors that influence test results.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess basic knowledge of laboratory equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, with 1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred.

$17.71+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
This non-licensed position is accountable for assisting with general support for the laboratory, following all applicable policies and procedures.
