Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, and disabled patients in a nursing facility. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medication, performing routine lab tests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requires a current LPN license in the State of Arizona and CPR certification. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks related to patient care and be willing to undergo training for IV maintenance and phlebotomy.
