The New Grad RN Resident will provide direct nursing care to cardiovascular patients in a 24-bed telemetry unit while participating in a structured one-year residency curriculum. Responsibilities include documenting patient information, collaborating with a success coach, and managing patient care priorities based on acuity.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) and hold a current Registered Nurse license. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and the role is intended for new graduates or those with less than one year of experience.
