The Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive evaluations and manage individualized treatment plans for patients across pain management, urgent care, and wellness services. They will also perform in-office procedures, interpret diagnostic tests, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas with a current DEA license or the ability to obtain one. Experience in urgent care, pain management, or primary care is preferred, along with strong clinical and procedural skills.

PTO, paid holidays & 401(k) with 4% employer match 80% employer-paid medical insurance for employees Optional low-cost dental, vision, and family plans Malpractice insurance fully covered CME allowance and dedicated time off DEA licensing and full credentialing support handled by our team Dedicated Medical Assistant acting as your scribe—minimizing after-hours charting Additional benefits including pet insurance, legal insurance, identity theft protection, travel insurance, and employee discount programs Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic pain Develop and manage individualized treatment plans across pain management, urgent care, and wellness services Perform in-office procedures including joint and trigger point injections, suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR (with scribe support) Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care Stay current with best practices across multiple service lines
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas Current DEA license (or ability to obtain) Experience in urgent care, pain management, primary care, or a related field preferred Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills Ability to work independently with physician collaboration Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
