$36 / HOUR
The LPN will assist with medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and filling physician orders within a community crisis stabilization program. They will also provide direct support, education, and guidance to help consumers maintain their health and develop independent living skills.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) capable of working in a multi-disciplined team environment. The role requires the ability to perform occasional in-home visits to assess the needs of the people served.
