Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as clinically indicated
Support children and families in addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals
Deliver services using evidence-based practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
Meet productivity and service delivery expectations
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Active or eligible licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Registered with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
$2.50 per billing-hour differential for services rendered after 5pm or on weekends
