The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while developing evidence-based treatment plans for patients with behavioral health disorders. They will also perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and effective aftercare planning.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess relevant experience in addiction and mental health. A state certification is required to perform the clinical duties associated with this role.

As a Therapist, you will have a primary role in the planning and delivery of evidence based treatment to a cohort of adult and/or adolescent patients with behavioral health disorders. You will conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, and families. You will use your understanding of different therapy modalities; motivational interviewing (MI); and the tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help patients progress towards their goals and live out their best future.
You will work closely with counselors, case managers, and the entire treatment team in a supportive, team-based approach that models collaborative, solution-based problem solving, and authentic communication.
