• We are growing our contractor network and invite skilled Home Health Aides to join our team.
• Contract Position Overview We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling and competitive per-hour rates.
• As an independent contractor, you control your availability and assignments.
• Contractor Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation as directed in the care plan Assist with meal preparation and feeding per patient needs Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks directly related to patient care Observe and document client condition, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families Maintain accurate and timely visit documentation Contractor Requirements Active HHA certification or Home Health Aide training in the State of Florida Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Current CPR/First Aid certification Proof of TB test, required immunizations, and health clearance Minimum 1 year of home health or personal care experience preferred Must maintain general/professional liability insurance Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills
