The Residential Counselor provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them develop daily living skills and foster meaningful relationships. They are responsible for maintaining the physical and emotional health of residents while facilitating their participation in community activities.
The position requires a commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Candidates must be available to work the specified weekend schedule and provide consistent, respectful care.

We provide person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injury – helping each person learn daily living skills, build meaningful relationships, and become a valued member of their community.
Your role combines support, supervision, coaching, and companionship. Every interaction is rooted in respect and appreciation for each individual’s uniqueness. You’ll encourage residents to identify their strengths, explore new opportunities, and actualize their hopes and dreams.
Schedule: Friday 5pm-11pm, Saturday 9am-11pm, and Sunday 3pm-11pm (28 hours)
$20.00/hour
