• Responsibilities: Support CNA/Resident Assistant Staff and ensure quality care is provided to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality Provide high-quality care to residents per their individualized service plan ( bathing, caregiving, Train and mentor CNA/Resident Assistants; provide constructive feedback Attend to residents’ individual needs and assist with activities of daily living Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents Promptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor
