The Lead Caregiver supports and mentors staff to ensure high-quality care for residents according to their individualized service plans. They are responsible for assisting with activities of daily living while maintaining resident dignity and reporting pertinent information to supervisors.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess relevant caregiving experience or training. A valid CNA certificate is required if applicable, along with the ability to pass all pre-employment tests and background checks.
