The Medical Assistant will support physicians by performing clinical duties such as recording vital signs, assisting with exams, and managing patient flow. They are also responsible for administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, obtaining patient records, and arranging pre-authorizations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in a multi-physician practice. A certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program and CMA certification are strongly preferred.
