The Administrative Associate provides general office support, including data entry, phone coverage, and file maintenance. They also assist with site-specific administrative functions such as payroll, technical support, and client intake paperwork.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft products and a valid California driver's license are required.
Under the direction of the Administrative Supervisor, the Administrative Associate is responsible for providing office support services as assigned.
Maintaining complete and accurate data entry within established timelines, Providing effective phone coverage, Maintaining an effective filing system, and Monitoring and maintaining office supplies. 2. Communicates effectively with appropriate site personnel in a professional manner regarding assigned tasks that integrate with site processes. 3. Assists with administrative functions of intakes, completing paperwork and assisting with client files. 4. Identifies areas of improvement to maintain excellence in the administrative processes and makes suggestions to Administrative Supervisor. 5. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned and if applicable to the site as follows: 1. Manage site needs 2. On-site technical support to all staff 3. Processes payroll 4. Manages psychiatric department needs 5. Support HR needs 6. Administrative functions (if assigned to Administrative Office) 6. Completes other duties as assigned.
1. Must possess a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). 2. Must have six months of previous administrative support experience in a similar role. 3. Effective verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficient in all Microsoft products.
1. Previous experience providing general administrative support in a Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Social Services setting.
