We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing outpatient therapy team at Ellie Mental Health in Palatine.
Some job boards may list this role as remote. While we offer hybrid flexibility based on client needs, this role is primarily in person at our Palatine office. Clinicians should expect to work at least 70 percent of their time in the office.
Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
At Ellie Mental Health, we believe therapy should be real, human, and accessible.
Our mission is to expand access to high-quality mental health care while creating an environment where clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT, and Kyle Keller, LICSW, when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has grown into a national network of locally owned clinics committed to breaking down barriers in mental health care.
Ellie therapists are encouraged to bring creativity, personality, and authenticity into the therapy room. We value clinicians who are collaborative, flexible, and excited to be part of a supportive team environment.
Ellie was created to be a different kind of mental health workplace. We prioritize clinician support, creativity, and collaboration so therapists can focus on what matters most: helping clients.
Fully licensed clinicians may be credentialed with major insurance panels including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare.
Each Ellie Mental Health clinic is independently owned and operated. Employment decisions, including hiring, supervision, scheduling, and compensation, are managed by the local franchise owner.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, or any other protected status under federal, state, or local law.
Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
