The Physician Assistant will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with physicians to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and possess current NCCPA certification. An active state license and a DEA license are also required for this role.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and contribute to a positive, efficient clinical environment. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, developing care plans, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations Perform minor procedures as appropriate to specialty Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Active state license to practice as a Physician Assistant DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work Environment & Schedule Clinic-based setting Typical schedule: [e.g., Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM] Occasional extended hours or weekends, depending on patient needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing medical education (CME) allowance Malpractice insurance coverage
