The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in daily activities. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and provide clinical education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with proficiency in clinical documentation.
