The physician will provide comprehensive urgent care services to pediatric and adult patients, including performing minor office procedures and GYN exams. They are expected to maintain high standards of clinical excellence and contribute to the overall patient care mission of the health system.
Candidates must hold a medical degree and be board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine. A current state medical license and DEA registration are required, along with the ability to perform various clinical procedures.
Position Overview Southcoast Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician to join our esteemed Urgent Care team. The successful candidate will contribute to our tradition of practice excellence and play a pivotal role in advancing patient care in our community. Key Responsibilities Must be qualified to treat a spectrum of illnesses and injuries for pediatric and adult patient population. A broad range of clinical skills is required including GYN exams and minor office procedures including sutures, I&D, reduction and splinting of fractures and dislocations

Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Current state medical license and DEA registration. Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. Pay Range USD $190.00 - USD $190.00 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement every other holiday every other weekend
