The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining surgical instrumentation while ensuring compliance with sterile techniques and safety regulations. They also monitor operative schedules and coordinate with vendors to ensure necessary supplies are available for procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sterile processing experience. A Certified Sterile Processor certification and BLS certification are required for this role.
