The LPN will coordinate and implement personal care and nursing services while supervising personal care attendants to meet patient needs. Responsibilities include performing clinical tasks such as medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and specimen collection while collaborating with physicians and case management teams.
Applicants must hold a current LPN license in Montana and a valid driver's license with proof of insurance. An associate's degree is required, along with the ability to pass background and DMV checks.
