Physician Assistant - Orthopaedic Concierge Joint Replacement Coordinator

• Program Development & Quality Oversight
• Assist in development and refinement of concierge program protocols
• Track clinical outcomes and patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate in program marketing efforts when appropriate
• Support development of tiered service offerings and a la carte options

• Administrative & Operational Duties
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Coordinate billing compliance within concierge model guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences
• Assist with ASC case coordination and same-day discharge planning

• Education and/or Experience
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current PA licensure in the state of practice
• 3–5 years of orthopaedic experience preferred
• Experience in total joint arthroplasty strongly preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Commitment to service excellence

Pay Range

• $100k-130k Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
