The nurse will administer IV medications to patients directly in their home environment. They are responsible for monitoring drug administration and providing high-quality clinical care to chronically ill patients.
Candidates must hold a current RN license, valid BLS certification, and possess at least 3 years of nursing experience. Proficiency in peripheral IV catheter placement and strong clinical assessment skills are mandatory.
Requirements: · Current and valid RN license
· Valid BLS certification
· A minimum of 3 years nursing experience
· Excellent IV skills
· Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a home setting
