Candidates must be graduates of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with an active, unrestricted Arizona license. A DEA license with Schedule II–IV authority is required, and 1–2 years of experience in pain management, spine, or orthopedics is preferred.

The role focuses on evaluating patients with chronic and acute pain conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing or assisting with minimally invasive interventional procedures. Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed patient histories Evaluate and diagnose chronic and acute pain conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform or assist with interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), spinal cord stimulator trials, vertebral augmentation, MILD, and Vertiflex procedures Order, review, and interpret imaging studies and laboratory results Prescribe medications within scope of practice and regulatory guidelines Accurately document all patient encounters within the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and pain management strategies Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible) Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license DEA license with Schedule II–IV prescribing authority Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in interventional pain management, spine, orthopedics, or related specialty Familiarity with pain procedures and multidisciplinary treatment approaches Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
