The Substance Use Disorder Specialist provides screening, assessment, treatment planning, and group therapy services to adults and children. They also collaborate with clinical teams, manage documentation, and support crisis intervention within a therapeutic environment.
Candidates must hold a CADC certification, with LCAS-A preferred, and possess at least 2 years of experience in substance use services. Proficiency with EHR systems and a valid driver's license are also required.

As a Substance Use Disorder Specialist (CADC or LCASA), you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, IOP coverage, and therapeutic services to adults and children with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The SUD Specialist also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.
