Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a Nursing Assistant certification. Must be able to obtain BLS and CPI certifications and demonstrate age-specific patient competency.

No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of job within 3 months
