The dietitian will collaborate with providers to identify patients in need of nutrition counseling and develop personalized treatment plans. They are also responsible for conducting patient education, participating in quality improvement committees, and researching ways to expand nutrition programs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field and possess R.D. registration. Eligibility for a West Virginia State license is required, and certification as a Diabetes Educator is preferred.
This position is open for Full Time, Part - Time or Per Diem
