Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas with required experience in psychiatry or mental health, preferably with geriatric populations. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, be comfortable with local travel, and demonstrate adaptability and commitment to team-based care.

About Us Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. What You’ll Do Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual) Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system
