The role is responsible for performing medical services during daily appointments, including administering injections, vaccines, performing phlebotomy, and providing client education on health maintenance and healthcare issues. Essential duties involve executing nursing medical procedures within the scope of practice as ordered by a medical provider and accurately maintaining client information in the electronic medical record.
Candidates must be licensed in the State of NH as an RN or LPN and demonstrate the ability to relate well with people while maintaining client confidentiality. Successful performance requires the ability to express ideas clearly, work independently, and interpret various instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Must demonstrate the ability to relate well with people and maintain client confidentiality. Must demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly, both in writing and orally, be able to work independently, and remain flexible with clinical/agency changes. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Licensed in the State of NH as an RN or LPN.
