Direct Support Coordinators provide individualized support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill development and community integration. They also coordinate services and assist with crisis support as needed.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an AA or BA in a related field. A minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is required, along with bilingual proficiency.
Harvest Healthcare Solutions is seeking qualified, dedicated Part-Time Direct Support Professionals in Sacramento County. This position provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their family homes, with the goal of promoting safety, independence, and the development of essential life skills.
Direct Support Professionals deliver person-centered services, coordinate supports, assist with daily living skills, and advocate for individual needs in accordance with Title 17 requirements.
Fluent bilingual in either Russian/English or Spanish/English Demonstrated interest in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to provide individualized, person-centered services
Language proficiency is required to ensure effective communication with the individuals and families served.
$17.50 - $19.50 per hour (Dependent on Experience) Please note that this is a part-time position. Primary Responsibilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of community resources and service providers. Proficiency in documentation and maintaining accurate records.
