The LPN will monitor patient vital signs, record medical histories, and administer medications and injections within their scope of practice. They will also assist with clinical workflows, patient scheduling, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked clinical environment.
The candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse capable of performing clinical tasks such as immunizations and finger sticks. They should be able to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support administrative functions as needed.

Job Summary The LPN will work with clinical and clerical support staff to deliver excellent patient care and promote patient satisfaction across multiple practices. The LPN will practice under the direction of the appropriate clinical staff and cross cover across multiple practices. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient's vital signs, patient intake and output, and recording patient history. This associate will administer medication, injections and functions in scope of license. This position will clean equipment in patient care areas and ensure patient care rooms are kept clean, and supplies are well stocked. The LPN will maintain records of patient activities and observations and submit records to the appropriate clinical staff regarding patient's condition. The LPN will assist with scheduling patients and authorizations to support administrative staff as needed. This position focuses on the Comprehensive Brain Center but can support other specialties as needed. Essential Functions Administers medications, injections, insulin, immunizations, perform finger sticks and functions in scope of license. Identifies patient goals, communicates, and collaborates with clinical team to support patient care plan. Performs clinical workflows. Monitor and record patient's vital signs, patient history and reason for visit. Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families. Assist with scheduling, referral and follow up appointments. Cross cover multiple practices. Assist with authorizations and administrative needs as needed.
