The Medical Assistant will support physicians and nurses by performing patient examinations, recording medical histories, and measuring vital signs. Additionally, the role involves managing clerical tasks and ensuring clinical treatment rooms are properly sanitized and stocked.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or one year of relevant experience, along with a BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire. The role requires the ability to perform clinical support duties in a healthcare setting.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations, treatments, and specialized clinical duties. Interview patients to record medical history and accurately measure vital signs for charting. Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms while ensuring all medical supplies are ordered and stocked. Manage essential clerical tasks, including phone correspondence, record maintenance, and filing.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
